    • Duration: 8 weeks
    • Minimum Attendance: 8
    • Objectives: To give boys an understanding of wrestling as a sport and athletic endeavor in an amateur environment.
    • Skills Learned: Participants will learn the basics of wrestling, including theory and execution, through hands on practice and peer scrimmage. Grapples, counters, stances, and other basic wrestling techniques will be reviewed while a study of the history of wrestling and different wrestling styles is weaved throughout the course. Basic self-defense and practical applications will also be reviewed.
